Since 1974, Community Health Services has been a cornerstone of healthcare in Yavapai County. As a federally qualified community health center, we are committed to providing high-quality care to everyone — regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Our team of physicians, nurses, dentists, and behavioral health specialists works together to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. We serve patients across Cottonwood, Camp Verde, and the surrounding Verde Valley communities from our main location on South 6th Street.
